Women Behind Bars (US): The first of these stories features Jocelyn Cantu who was found guilty of murder in the 2003 fatal stabbing of her lover, 23-year-old Melanie Ramirez. Cantu, a former honors student, was 17 years old and had begun the relationship shortly after the death of her mother. Then the story of Gwen Hendricks who, in 1993, pleaded not guilty to stabbing her husband to death, and claimed that voices were telling her to sacrifice him to God.
