Shedding for the Wedding: In this new reality/competition series hosted by Sara Rue (�Almost Perfect�), nine overweight couples with nine unique wedding themes engage in competition to win the wedding of their dreams. This week the couples size each other up and get cut down to size by fitness trainers Jennifer and Nicky in grueling workouts.
