In New Jersey a busy shopping plaza is the scene of a daylight shooting. Sergeant Rob Marks responds to a driver who has smashed into two parked cars. With an open alcohol bottle in the car it doesn't look good for the driver, but Rob discovers another reason she shouldn't have been behind the wheel.
