EastEnders: Phil tells a shocked Billy that he needs �3,000 so he can get out of the country. With Sam away, he asks Billy to collect the money from the businesses. Trying to reassure Phil that the businesses are fine, Billy tells him that he no longer works for Sam and is unable to get hold of that amount of cash. Billy fills Phil in on events since he has been away, but leaves out the parts about Sam loosing all the businesses. Wanting to help out, Billy leaves promising he will return with the money.Phil waits in the living room but hears Tina coming down the stairs. He grabs her and warns her to keep quiet. Outside, police cars fill the Square looking for Phil, followed by DI Riddick. They start banging on doors.Billy charges in Johnny's house and pleads for money to help a friend. The police interrupt their conversation but Johnny puts on an act to get rid of them. When he realises Tina is in the house with Phil, he gives Billy the money but makes him promise that Phil will never return. Pat comes downstairs when the doorbell rings and is horrified to see Phil there. Thinking quickly she orders him to run out of the back while she and Tina stall the police. Phil runs into Ian's backyard whilst Ian is there. Phil punches Ian in the face and drags him inside.Phil demands any money Ian has on him. When Ian doesn't have enough, Phil doesn't believe him and drags him upstairs. He drowns Ian's head down the toilet to get more money from him but they are interrupted when Jane calls out. Ian gets rid of her and they go back downstairs. Billy burst into his house with the money in his hands but DI Riddick is there and sees everything. Riddick tries to break Billy by suggesting they can find evidence that Phil was there.Ian is terrified when Lucy walks into the kitchen. When the police bang on the door, Phil takes her into the living room to make sure Ian doesn't tell the police he is there. Ian uses Phil's son, Ben, as a way to soften him. As he rushes out, she locks the door to block the police, but Pauline angrily let them in. He heads for the Vic and finds himself surrounded by police. He takes on a few officers before being overwhelmed. Ian appears and taunts Phil for falling for his set-up as he is taken away in a police car.
