The body of 22-year-old Cati Blauvelt was discovered in an abandoned farmhouse in Simpsonville, S.C., on Oct. 26, 2016. Almost immediately, her friends had one suspect in mind, John Blauvelt, Cati Blauvelt's estranged husband and a once-respected army recruiter. Their brief marriage had ended in turmoil, with Cati Blauvelt filing a domestic violence report against him.
