The Beverly Hillbillies: The world�s richest women, Tracy Richards, sees the Clampett estate and wants to fix it up and buy it. She learns that the house is not for sale, but is determined to buy it. She gets in good with Granny, Elly, and Jethro by treating them to the good city life and giving them some of her expensive possessions. Jed can see through her act, but the others refuse to believe it, and Drysdale is trying to get her account, keep Jed�s account, and keep everyone happy and himself wealthy. Tracy tries to get Jed to sell by getting romantic with him, but it backfires. The Clampetts end up staying in their mansion, which an unhappy Miss Richards never does acquire.
