Mr. Cushing is not happy about this though; he wanted his contestant to win. Since Jethro is having more fun at Cushing�s bank, he tries to get Jed to transfer his money to the Merchant�s Bank. Cushing sees this opportunity and tries to get that gorgeous Clampett account. Granny decides to put her share of the money in Mr. Cushing�s bank. Drysdale doesn�t want to give up the money, and Jed asks to see it. After Drysdale says he can�t give eleven million in cash, the clan believes he doesn�t have the money and spent it. They decide to transfer funds to the Merchants bank. When they go to visit the Merchant�s Bank, the Clampetts ask to see their 45 million. When they see he doesn�t have it, they put it back in Drysdale bank.
