Fullmetal Alchemist: Roy soon recieves a letter from Ed, saying that all his expenses are going to be paid by East Headquaters. While he looks at a map, it is soon taken away. The 3 have gotten to Rush Valley, with Winry amazed by all the automail devices around. In a shop, it shows a man that gives automail to people who greatly need its uses. In the town square, the 3 see an armwrestling contest with automail. Ed soon sees that the main victor is cheating, so faces him and easily wins. Winry is greatly hapy to see her automail win and buys a lot of things with her prize money. Soon, the cheater and the ref confront Ed about him cheating with alchemy too, Winry knocks out the 3 of them then leaves upset. Roy, Hawkeye, and Armstrong all meet near the phone booth where Hughes was killed. Armstrong couldn't give any information, but Mustang takes his hints and figures out a few things about it. In the park, Winry finds a girl who was in the arm wrestling contest. After talking, Winry finds out she lost her arm and legs in a train accident and got automail by a man named Dominique. Winry, who was still ticked at Ed, tells the girl named Paninya to beat him. Since she doesn't want to ask Dominique to fix her arm, Winry fixes it for her. Soon, he steps in on them and revveals he knew Winry's grandmother. The next day, Paninya steals Ed's watch and tells him if he can catch her before she reaches the pawn shop, he can have it back. After chasing her, he finally gets her and tells her no one could beat his automail. Dominique also tells Paninya that automail are her arms and legs, not just machines.
