Choreographer Ashley Banjo and his brother Jordan come to the rescue of 29-year-old flight attendant Frederick from Milton Keynes. He's struggled to find a lasting relationship and is looking for a lady who shares his passions for dance and travel. Enter 30-year-old dance instructor Lauren from Bradford. She takes on the persona of Mel B in a Spice Girls tribute act but in real life says she's nowhere near as loud as Scary Spice. Next up are tango-loving Londoner Trudi, who's been single since her husband died 15 years ago, and retired art lecturer Michael.
