In this first of the two Book of Dreams shorts, a puzzled young woman called Mona, who has certain femme fatale qualities to her, retells a surreal dream she recently had. She�s lying in her bed in her negligee, when a macabre grinning older man with a gun appears and tells her to enter a crate that appears in the room. With her inside, the crate is placed on a nightmarish assembly line of sorts that carries countless crates with similar cargo to their doom - a boiling pot-like structure. She�s not afraid for some reason, but still wants to find a way out before the crate reaches its destination. It turns out that there�s an infinite amount of space inside the crate she�s in, so she crawls around the crate exploring it. She has a couple of odd encounters there, including one with the grinning man, who reappears to ask her to stay, claiming that all her wishes will come true there, but she isn�t buying it.
